The present policy is adopted by PlastTek Limited Liability Company in regard to processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter the Policy) of individuals (website users) based on Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law dd. 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ (amended on 25.07.2011) "Concerning personal data", and other RF regulatory documents. The Policy is an integral part of the End User License Agreement located at http://inplain.ru 1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. This Confidentiality Policy uses the following definitions:
1.1.1. http://inplain.ru website administration – employees authorized to manage the website, acting on behalf of PlastTek Limited Liability Company which arrange processing and (or) process personal data and establish the purpose of personal data processing, scope of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) to be performed over the personal data.
1.1.2. Personal data – any information concerning directly or indirectly referred individual (personal data subject).
1.1.3. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or combination of actions (operations) performed with or without use of automation systems over personal data, including collection, recording, arrangement, accumulation, storage, updating, changing, extraction, use, transfer, distribution, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. Personal data confidentiality – a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person granted access to personal data not to permit its disclosure without consent of personal data subject or another legitimate basis.
1.1.5. Website User – a person having access to the Website via Internet and using the Website data.
1.1.6. Cookies — fragmented data sent by a web server and stored at the user's computer. Cookies are sent by a web client or web browser to the server in HTTP query during an attempt to open a website page.
1.1.7. IP address — website address in computer network built under IP protocol. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Use of the Website data entails consent of the User with this Confidentiality Policy and personal data processing terms and conditions.
2.2. Should the User disagree with the Confidentiality Policy, it shall discontinue using the Website.
2.3. This Confidentiality Policy covers this Website data only. PlastTek Limited Liability Company has no responsibility or control concerning third party websites which the User may access via links available at the Website.
2.4. Website administration doesn't check authenticity of personal data specified by the Website User. 3. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY SCOPE


3.1. This Confidentiality Policy establishes liabilities of the Website administration in terms of non-disclosure and maintaining confidentiality of the personal data provided by the User at the request of the Website administration.
3.2. Personal data allowed for processing in scope of this Confidentiality Policy shall be provided by the User by way of population of a registration form at the Website and shall include the following information: 3.2.1. User Name;
3.2.2. User contact telephone number.
3.3. The Website protects data which are automatically transmitted when viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages with installed system statistic script ("pixel"):
• IP address;
• data from cookies;
•browser information (or other program enabling access to advertising viewing);
• access period;
• address of the page with an advertising block;
• referrer (previous page address).
3.3.1. Сookies deactivation may result in inability to access some of the Website sections and blocks.
3.3.2. The Website performs collection of statistics on User IP addresses. This information is used to detect and resolve technical issues.
3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (browsers used, operating systems etc.) is subject to storage and non-disclosure, except for the cases stipulated in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. hereof. 4. PURPOSES OF USER PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
4.1. User personal data can be used by the Website administration with the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of User availing of the Website services.
4.1.2. Establishment of feedback with the User, including discharge of notifications and queries concerning Website using, as well as processing of the User's requests and queries.
4.1.3. Rendering customer and technical support to the User in case of problems related to the Website use. 5. METHODS AND PERIODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. User personal data processing is performed without limitation of period, by any legitimate method including personal data information systems with or without automation aids.
5.2. User personal data can be handed over to the Russian Federation authorities only on the basis and according to the procedure specified by the law of the Russian Federation.
5.3. Website Administration takes all necessary organizational and technical steps to protect the User personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, disclosure, as well as other third party actions. 6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1.The User shall provide personal data required to populate the registration form at the Website http://inplain.ru .
6.2. Website administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for purposes specified in p. 4 of this Confidentiality Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure storage of personal data, avoid its disclosure without preliminary written consent of the User, and refrain from sale, exchange, publishing, or disclosure of the obtained User personal data by other means, excluding clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Confidentiality Policy.
6.2.3. Adopt precautions to protect User personal data based on the procedure normally used to protect this type of information.
6.2.4. Perform blockage of the User personal data upon request or application of the User or its authorized representative, or an authorized body for protection of personal data subjects, for the period of investigation, in case any illegal conduct is detected. 7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. Website administration in breach of its obligations is liable for any damage incurred by the User due to illegitimate use of its personal data, based on the law of the Russian Federation, excluding the cases set forth under clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Confidentiality Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of the Confidential information, the Website administration is not liable for the same if the confidential information:
7.2.1. became public prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website administration.
7.2.3. was disclosed upon consent of the User. 8. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
8.1. Prior to raising the matter in the court concerning disputes arising between the User and the Website administration, a pre-court claim shall be raised (a written proposal for dispute voluntary settlement).
8.2. Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the claim receipt, the claim receiver shall notify the claimant on results of the claim consideration.
8.3. Should the Parties fail to reach agreement, the matter shall be passed over to the court of justice under the effective law of the Russian Federation.
8.4. This Confidentiality Policy and relationship between the User and the Website administration shall be governed by the effective law of the Russian Federation.

9. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1. Website administration is entitled to introduce changes to this Confidentiality Policy without consent of the User.
9.2. The New Confidentiality Policy shall come into effect upon its publication at the Website, unless it is otherwise prescribed by the new version of the Confidentiality Policy.
